Quintyne Mental Health Counseling is a private practice specializing in helping women of color. This space was created to help women feel secure and safe to share. I provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families struggling with women issues, depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, grief, relationship distress, family conflicts, or major life changes. I’m a licensed Mental Health Counselor that believes in helping my clients become their best possible self. I know that life can be overwhelming and sometimes even exhausting, but change is possible. I’m here to guide you through any obstacles you may face. My goal is to help you gain insight into your struggles and to help you become your best possible self.

I implement effective psychotherapy methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness to help you achieve your desired goals. It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix: therapy is a healing process that requires participation and investment. But in the end, making small changes to self-defeating behaviors and coping with feelings of sadness, anxiety, fear, and pain can bring life-altering results.
